Watches the PonsV2LaunchFactory for a token named PulseWatch with ticker PWATCH, then verifies the launch record's creator fee recipient against 0xFd18…eB20. When the target appears, this page sounds an alarm, speaks “PWATCH DEPLOYED”, and can show a desktop notification.
This is browser-side and read-only: no private key, approvals, signatures, or transactions. A single HTML file cannot invoke the OS espeak executable, so speech uses the browser's built-in Speech Synthesis API. Starting the watcher from the button also satisfies browser audio-autoplay rules.
